President approved an agreement to sell the satellite for VN

(TNO) on 25.06, U.S. President Barack Obama has approved the U.S. Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im Bank) loan to expand the Group 125.9 million for Vietnam Post and Telecommunications (VNPT) to buy a satellite television and telecom manufacturing by the U.S., as notified by the White House.

Phil Cogan, a spokesman for the Ex-Im Bank said the sale must be submitted to Congress within 35 days, then transferred back to the board Ex-Im Bank.

Obama's decision not to name the satellite providers, but Mr. Cogan said he still check can reveal the company name or not, according to Reuters.

"We hope this is the beginning of the deal flow from Vietnam," Mr. Cogan said.

Mr. Cogan commented Vietnam - a populous country and fastest growing - are "the great demand on infrastructure, from renewable energy, highways, airports to telecommunications."
