India looking for suppliers of goods Vietnam

On 9 / 11, in Ho Chi Minh City, the delegation consists of 50 member companies from 30 leading companies of India participated in the workshop on "Community Trade Vietnam and India," to strengthen trade relations and investment between the two countries.
 

Indian business delegation mainly in the fields of finance, engineering, energy, machinery, furniture, cosmetics, functional food, agriculture ... with the desire to find sources of raw materials, building materials and opportunities for cooperation with the import and export businesses, distributors, retailers in Vietnam.

Mr. Mark S. Fernandes, company representatives Sylvester & Co (India) said the company is looking for suppliers seafood products for export to India with a number from 100-200 tons / month; and to cooperate with Vietnam enterprises in the field of transport, investment and port development.

At the seminar, Mr. Vo Tan Thanh, deputy general secretary of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam (VCCI), said that relations between Vietnam and India in the field of economic, trade, investment has grown in years. India is becoming one of the leading export market of Vietnam, where the main export commodities, including coal, black pepper, electronic components, rubber, shoes ...

Vietnam and India is also trying to reduce the trade deficit of Vietnam and increase bilateral trade turnover of the two countries. In the May 10, 2011, import-export turnover between Vietnam and India reached nearly 3 tyUSD, up about 40% over the same period last year. /.
