Malaysia the world's fourth largest investment in human resources

According to the Yearbook of global competitiveness in 2010, Malaysia ranked fourth in the budget for education compared to the total national income (GDP), far exceeding both Thailand and Singapore ranked 32 out No. 53, while the Philippines and Indonesia ranked 56 and 57.
