Salary boss in Vietnam can fold a hundred times staff

Meanwhile, the average wage of workers in these enterprises is from 5 to 7 million / month, working for about 2 to 3 million / month.

The report also stated that the wage mechanism for state enterprises not under market principles. The criteria associated with managing the salary budget, profit and labor productivity not distinguish between business advantage and there is no advantage. So that led to the situation, the enterprise has the advantage tends to push wages than 2 to 3 times the average, creating a growing disparity.

Summing up the results of the parent company of 37 corporations, the corporations "special class" shows, in 2010 the salaries of advantageous enterprises reached 8.14 million / month, more than 3 , 35 times the business group does not have the advantage.  Salaries of corporate banking group, financial reach 10.5 million / month, more than 4.32 times the group has no business advantage.

Representatives of Salary (Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs) said that the wage management mechanism is built according to market mechanisms, corporate autonomy in determining the salaries, unlimited maximum income level for high skilled labor and management talent. However, the wage gap is too large in many businesses above have "distorted" wage relationship, income in the labor market.
